I started practicing Samatha (peaceful abiding) meditation in 2004 at Naropa University a Buddhist inspired college. In winter of 2012 I spent 3 months at Amaravati Monastery in London practicing in the Theravadan Buddhist tradition, vipassana (insight meditation). Apart from my daily practice, I frequently attend meditation retreats to continue to reveal the empty nature of mind.
I began studying energy work with Life Force Arts Center in Chicago in 2011. At Life Force, I began to strengthen my relationships with nature, ancestors and other spirit guides. Since 2011 I have been refining my own spiritual practices to sustain mental, physical and social wellbeing in my life. In 2014 I became a peace circle facilitator with Circles and Ciphers, and thus began a journey into integrating transformative justices practices into my work.
I have a unique and creative toolbox I use to craft specialized meditations. I am versatile and spontaneous in the way that I guide and look forward to collaborating with you to create a personalized journey towards an intimate peace and an interconnected liberation.
